A Strategy Map is a tool that allows organizations to link, measure and communicate their strategic goals visually. The concept was originated by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton and was later adopted by several CPM vendors. A Strategy Map can prove to be an invaluable tool in keeping your organization focused on the strategic goals.
